Hunting Leases

McCormick County is one of the best areas for deer and turkey hunting in South Carolina. Numerous hunt clubs in our area attract hunters from all over the southeast to try their hand at landing the "big one".

We have over 30 timber/hardwood tracts that we lease each year for deer/turkey hunting. Our leases are renewed during July. These tracts range from 40 acres to 1800 acres and average 300 acres per tract.

Our rates are from $10-$15 an acre.
